Two Charged Over Paris Terror Attacks

Belgian soldiers and police patrol in central Brussels as police searched the area during a continued high level of security following the recent deadly Paris attacks
Two new suspects have been charged over the Paris attacks that left 130 people dead.
Officials in Belgium said the pair were arrested on Sunday.
One suspect, a 20-year-old Frenchman, knew Bilal Hadfi, one of the suicide bombers who blew himself up at the French national stadium, according to Flemish public television VRT.
He was reportedly held for questioning at Zaventem airport, northwest of Brussels, as he was about to fly to Morocco.
The second suspect, a 28-year-old Belgian, was arrested in the Brussels district of Molenbeek, where several of the gunmen lived.
It means eight people are now being held over the synchronised gun and bomb attacks on 13 November - the worst attack on French soil in more than half a century.
Police are still hunting for Salah Abdeslam, 30, who fled to Belgium hours after the attacks.
There are unconfirmed reports he has managed to slip out of Europe and into Syria.
On Thursday, French Finance Minister Michel Sapin said the attacks are likely to have cost no more than 30,000 euros (£21,400) to organise.
They were financed with "tiny sums" that are hard to track - mainly by using prepaid credit cards, he said.
The cards, some bought in Belgium, were used to pay for cars and accommodation.
France is still in a state of emergency after the massacre, which saw terrorists loyal to Islamic State attack seven locations across the capital.
It is seeking constitutional change to extend these special powers "to a maximum of six months", government sources told AFP.
